Terms and Conditions for the Jersey Aurora Borealis Framed Print Giveaway

Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Participants must reside in Jersey, Channel Islands or the UK. Callum Thorne Filmmaker - Photographer immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

Like the giveaway post. Follow @callum.thorne. Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post. Optional: Share the post to your story and tag @callum.thorne for an extra entry.

Entry Period:

Entries will be accepted from Friday 6th December 2024 until 11:59 PM GMT on Thursday, 19th December 2024. Late entries will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on Instagram by Friday 20th December 2024 at 8:00PM GMT and contacted via direct message.

Prize Details:

The winner will receive one Jersey Aurora Borealis A2 Black Framed Photograph of their choice. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.

Claiming the Prize:

The winner must respond to the notification message within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond or provide the necessary delivery details within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.

Delivery:

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address at no cost. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the recipient’s location.

Publicity:

By entering, participants agree to allow @callum.thorne to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, including social media announcements.

Disqualification:

Any participant found to be using multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, or failing to meet the entry requirements will be disqualified.

Changes and Cancellation:

Callum Thorne Film Maker - Photographer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
