Hey! I’m Callum,

I’m a Filmmaker and Photographer based in Jersey, Channel Islands.

You're about to get a little insight into my life and what inspired me to enter the world of creative visuals. 

So let's take a look at where it all started...

I've always been surrounded by creativity and I have my Dad to thank for that. From a young age I've always admired the array of cameras and archives of film stock portraits he created, which inspired my decision on what I wanted to do and where I wanted to be when I grew up. At the age of 15, I picked up my first digital camera and let my creative juices flow.

Starting out as a photographer, I quickly picked up an interest in film and I loved the effect it would have on an audience in contrast to how a single frame would. By seeing a moving moment on film as it goes by and capturing that memory to create something that makes an emotional impact and resonates with an audience was something that felt rewarding, and a driving force for the work I would produce in the future.

Today, fuelled by adrenaline and a tiny bit of perfectionism (okay, maybe a lot), I have over a decade of experience in film production and photography combined. Specialising in Commercial, Events, Fashion and narrative-led videography, I have worked with dozens of brands both locally and nationally, including Dare 2B Sports, Specsavers and Clink Hostels. I have filmed and worked with artists such as; Primal Scream, Fleur East, The Skints and Gerry Cinnamon, I have Editor credits on Sky Arts programme 'Auction', I have been a Runner on a Tesco commercial and for BBC Sports as well as having various pieces of work featured on ITV and Idealworld.

Meet up

I love meeting new people and getting to know a bit about you on both a personal and professional level. We can arrange for a convenient date for us to meet and talk about you, your ideas and your goals either here at the studio or somewhere for a brew.

Shoot

Once planning for pre-production is complete, the concept and vision for your film is signed off (hurray!) but we’re not done yet…The film then enters production. This is where we will work together and may also include a number of creatives (depending on the project) to capture all angles of your film, ensuring that the shoot runs as smoothly as possible while having a relaxed and fun experience for you along the way.
